Bobby Deol also recounted that Prakash Jha would leave early for the shoot and back at night which inspired him to stay healthy to be able to shoot well.

Bobby Deo is riding high on the success of Aashram Season 3 Part 2. Recently, the actor shared a few insights about his journey with the series. He revealed that he had made a special request to director Prakash Jha before accepting the lead role and spoke about the love he has received from fans.
During a conversation with IANS, Bobby Deol said, “Prakash ji is incredible — he’s the producer, director, writer and everything else on this show, but his energy is unmatched. I had one request for him: I needed a proper gym. We were shooting in Ayodhya during the first season, and when I arrived, the gym was all set up. I would head there at 5 or 5:30 in the morning, and Prakash ji would already be coming out of the gym. I used to ask him, ‘What is this?’ He would exercise in the morning and leave for the shoot at 7 am.”
Bobby Deol also recounted that Prakash Jha would come back at night, which made him feel responsible for staying healthy. “I felt a responsibility to stay in top shape, both physically and mentally, because with his level of dedication. How could I complain about being tired or needing a break?” he added.
Prakash Jha would work tirelessly on the show, going through the scripts every evening while his assistant, Madhavi, would update Bobby about the changes in the same, the actor shared.
Bobby Deol also highlighted Jha’s unique approach. Reminiscing the first day of the shoot, he went on to share that the director would change the lines a bit, which was very different from how the actor worked. There were also times when he would change his outfits to match the scene and Jha would make him say his dialogues again.
Bobby Deol said, “It was an amazing experience working with Prakash ji.”
