The makers of the upcoming romantic drama film Nadaaniyan, featuring Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of actor Saif Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor in the titular roles, hosted a grand premiere of their film on March 4 in Mumbai. The event became a star studded affair as the who’s who of the showbiz marked their presence in stylish attires. Among all, actress Janhvi Kapoor arrived at the screening to extend support to her sister Khushi for her next film.

In a video shared on Instagram, the Dhadak actress was seen walking through the red carpet flaunting her adorable smile. As the clip moved forward, we saw Janhvi pose for shutterbugs stationed at the location. For the screening night, the actress opted for a casual yet stylish look. She wore an off-white cut sleeve top paired with blue jeans. She kept her mid-parted hair open and let them cascade down her shoulders.

Many other celebs arrived at the Nadaaniyan screening. Some of them include Sara Ali Khan, Karan Johar, Rekha, Atlee and his wife Priya Atlee, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina and Mahima Chaudhry.

Talking about the film, Nadaaniyan will be streaming on the OTT giant Netflix from March 7. Helmed by Shauna Gautam and backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film also features an ensemble cast including Suniel Shetty, Mahima Chaudhry, Dia Mirza and Jugal Hansraj in significant roles.

According to its description on Netflix, the film follows the life of Pia Jai Singh (played by Khushi), a South Delhi socialite who believes love should follow a script and Arjun Mehta (Ibrahim Ali Khan), a motivated middle-class overachiever who wants to be the captain of his school’s debate team. Pia convinces Arjun to play her pretend lover in an organised romantic act, and they believe they have everything under control—until actual feelings begin to blur the lines. What begins off as an easy deal swiftly turns into a storm of emotions, misunderstandings, and challenges, leaving both doubting whether love can really be planned.

Recently, the makers of Nadaaniyan released the title track for the film which garnered positive response from fans.
