Kris Jenner is selling her iconic Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles, California, a home that played a major role in the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” This estate, a familiar backdrop for countless dramatic and heartwarming moments in the show, is now on the market for $13.5 million (approximately Rs 118.5 crore). The home can even be purchased fully furnished for an additional $400,000 (around Rs 3.5 crore), according to The New York Times.

Jenner and her former husband, Caitlyn Jenner, bought the property in 2010 for $4 million (nearly Rs 35.1 crore), during the early days of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” At the time, their daughters Kylie and Kendall Jenner were still teenagers growing up under the constant lens of reality TV. Meanwhile, Kris’s older children – Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob Kardashian – were frequent visitors. This made the house a central hub for the family’s on-screen and off-screen life.

The listing by Christie’s International Real Estate describes the property as a “Mediterranean estate” that “exudes luxury and elegance.” If you are a fan of the show then you will immediately recognise the grand entryway with high ceilings and a black iron imperial staircase. The kitchen, another recognisable setting, boasts a sleek monochrome design, a black La Cornue French range, a butler’s pantry and even a personal frozen yoghurt machine.

The primary suite, once Jenner’s personal space, is a retreat of its own, featuring a fireplace, wet bar, steam shower, private gym and a balcony overlooking the 1.55-acre private property. Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom.

“Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this bright and airy home features expansive open spaces and towering picture windows, bathing every room in natural light,” the listing states.

The backyard is a spacious retreat with a large swimming pool, hot tub and plenty of seating. There is also an entertainment cabana with a fireplace, TV and couches. A fire pit, outdoor grill, wine fridge and covered dining area make it perfect for gatherings.

The home is part of a gated community that provides exclusive amenities including tennis courts, a swim club, a pool and a barbecue centre.

Before putting the house on the market, Jenner collaborated with celebrity interior designer Ryan Saghian to refresh its look. He replaced most of the furnishings with new pieces from European luxury wholesaler Eichholtz and installed bespoke chandeliers to elevate its appeal.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Jenner told The New York Times.

Real estate agent Tomer Fridman, who has worked with the family for years, emphasised the home’s significance. “This home was an integral part of the show. But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”
