
Bollywood producer Vinod Bhanushali recently visited Prayagraj with his friends and family and joined the throngs of pilgrims during the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela.

Prayagraj is awash with a sea of devotees as one of the world’s oldest and largest spiritual gatherings, the Maha Kumbh Mela, is going on in full-swing. From the chanting of sadhus to saffron-clad devotees, everyone is making their way to seek purification at the Triveni Sangam. Among all, several well-known personalities also hopped at this ancient gathering and took a dip in the sacred waters. Having said that, Bollywood producer Vinod Bhanushali recently visited Prayagraj with his friends and family and joined the throngs of pilgrims during the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela.
On Monday, he shared a cascade of pictures and videos of his spiritual journey on social media. Posting about his divine experience, Bhanushali gave a glimpse of taking a holy dip along with his wife, Rinku Bhanushali. In the series of photos, we can also see the producer meeting the revered Shri Swami Padmanabh Sharan Ji.
Sharing the pictures on Instagram, he also paid gratitude to actor Puneet Singh Vats and his wife Isha for taking care of him and his family during the trip. He wrote, “An enriching journey at the Kumbh that left us in awe of our age-old traditions. Before the Bollywood producer, actor-turned-politician Hema Malini attended the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya and took a dip at the Sangam. Following the holy dip, the BJP MP spoke to ANI and said, “I am feeling great. I have never had such an experience before. Today is a very special day, and I am fortunate to take the holy dip.”
Coming to Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, the religious gathering started on January 13 and will culminate on February 26, Maha Shivratri. Millions of devotees, including Bollywood icons Anupam Kher, comedian Sunil Grover, Kabir Khan, singer Guru Randhawa, choreographer and filmmaker Remo D’Souza, and Mamta Kulkarni, have taken a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam so far.
UK band Coldplay’s frontman Christ Martin has also been to Prayagraj with his girlfriend and actress Dakota to take a dip in the river Ganges and embrace the spiritual energy.
