Urvashi Rautela has been in the news for her latest film with Nandamuri Balakrishna, Daaku Maharaaj. Reportedly, the actress charged a whopping sum worth crores for the film. Her fee is said to have crossed Alia Bhatt’s charges for SS Rajamouli’s RRR.

Recently, rumours had it that Urvashi’s scenes from Daaku Maharaaj were chopped off in the film’s Netflix version. The speculations strengthened when she was removed from the film’s poster ahead of its OTT release. The actresses’ fans assumed that her portions from the film, including the Dabidi Dabidi song have been eliminated. However, News18 Showsha confirmed that the actress’s bits in the OTT version mirrors its theatrical cut.
Daaku Maharaaj stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, fondly called Balayya, as an officer who voices against injustice with his wife. The story follows his transformation into a fearless bandit known as Daaku Maharaaj, as he battles a powerful and oppressive family to deliver justice to the people.
The film released on the Sankranti window and earned around Rs 104 crore at the Indian box office. It also stars Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, Rishi, Chandini Chowdary, and Pradeep Rawat in key roles. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film’s music is composed by Thaman, cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan, and editing by Ruben and Niranjan Devaramane.
Meanwhile, Urvashi Rautela is busy with projects such as Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan and Shankar, Kasoor 2 with Aftab Shivdasani and a film with Jassie Gill. She will also be seen in Welcome 3 with Akshay Kumar and Inspector Avinash 2 with Randeep Hooda. The actress will also be seen in an international music video with Jason Derulo. Apart from this, she will also essay the role of Parveen Babi in an upcoming biopic.
