United Hospital to organise free health camp to mark 13th anniversary

United Hospital, a multispecialty hospital in Kalaburagi that provides accident, trauma, critical care and heart care services, will hold a free health camp on Wednesday to commemorate its 13th anniversary.

The camp will be held at the hospital between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

In a media note released here on Sunday, Chairman and Managing Director of United Hospital Vikram Siddareddy has said that expert doctors and specialists from his hospital will examine patients.

A range of diagnostic services, including various blood tests, CT scans, ECGs, 2D Echo scans, X-rays, ultrasound scans and BMI assessments, will be provided free to patients.

He added that medicine, if prescribed by doctors during the camp, will also be provided to patients free.

“Equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced medical machinery, world-class infrastructure and a team of highly experienced professionals, United Hospital has earned a reputation for achieving the highest survival rates, even in the most critical cases where survival chances are extremely low. This health camp is part of our sustained commitment to fostering a healthy citizenry and ultimately, a healthier nation. We encourage everyone to utilise this opportunity to undergo screenings by our highly qualified medical professionals and access our state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities,” Dr. Siddareddy said.

Dr. Siddareddy said that United Hospital’s annual Foundation Day health camps have benefited over 50,000 individuals so far and urged people to attend this year’s camp as well.
