Sonam Kapoor, who has been away from films for some tim,e continues to remain active on social media. The actress often shares glimpses from her personal and social life, engaging her fans. Sonam recently shared a heartfelt birthday wish for her mother-in-law, Priya Ahuja.
On February 27, the 39-year-old actress shared a series of pictures of her mother-in-law in different moods and settings. One of the snaps showed Priya having a candid conversation with her grandson, Vayu. Another featured an adorable shot of her holding a furry pooch.
Dropping the pictures, Sonam wrote, “Happy Birthday to the woman who always puts others first. Today, we celebrate you! Love you!”
Sonam’s post soon caught the attention of her fans and family. Priya Ahuja was touched by the post and replied, “Aww thank you so much beta. Love you so much.” Anand also commented, “Bestest.” Many fans replied to the post, with one saying, “Lovely family time.” Many users also dropped heart emojis.
A few days back, Sonam expressed her affection towards her ‘forever crush’ Anand Ahuja on Valentine’s Day. The Raanjhanaa actress shared two pictures posing with her husband. In the first, the lovebirds can be seen smiling at the camera. Next, Anand Ahuja lifts Sonam Kapoor in his arms. Alongside the snaps, she wrote, “Forever grateful for you, my forever crush, who hogs the bed and steals the blanket, but I still love you more than online shopping… just don’t ask for my fries! Happy love day! #EverydayPhenomenal.”
On the work front, Sonam was last seen in the thriller film Blind, directed by Shome Makhija. The film marked her comeback after a maternity break and also included Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey in prominent roles. There are reports that she has signed some projects for 2025, but nothing has been announced yet.
