Veer Pahariya has become the latest target of online trolling, an issue many newcomers in the entertainment industry face. After a video of his unique hook step from Sky Force went viral, social media erupted with reactions—many finding it amusing, while others were outright critical. However, instead of being discouraged, Veer has taken it in stride, even embracing the attention.
In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, the young actor revealed that he actually enjoys the trolling. “I live for it,” he said, adding that he has always admired actors who turn into memes because it makes their work immortal.
Speaking about the impact of the trolling, Veer admitted that the viral moment has opened unexpected doors for him. “Meri itni engagement badh gayi hai. Uske baad mere itne avenues khul gaye hai. Main do shaadi mein perform karke aa chuka hu. Dulhan ke sath maine wo langdi waali step kari hai,” he shared.
Taking it a step further, Veer even joked with a groom at a wedding performance, saying, “This is my fifth round. If I do two more, the bride will be mine.” He acknowledged that the newfound recognition has led to more work offers and, in a tongue-in-cheek remark, encouraged more trolling. “Jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai. Jo troll karne wale hai unko main please wish karunga ki aur troll kare,” he added.
Meanwhile, Sky Force, starring Akshay Kumar alongside Veer Pahariya, became the first 2025 release to cross the Rs 100 crore mark. Directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, the film delivers thrilling aerial combat sequences while paying tribute to Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya MVC—the only Indian Air Force officer to be posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra.
Produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films, Sky Force also stars Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur.
