Sanam Teri Kasam re-release is creating havoc at the box office, as the movie, starring Mawra Hocane and Harshvardhan Rane has surpassed its previous records. Meanwhile, Harshvardhan has been capturing the attention of his fans with his impressive fitness. Recently, the actor shocked everyone when he did 25 push ups in just 18 seconds in front of the paparazzi. The Bollywood star decided to show off his strength in public by performing the push ups with confidence.
Wearing a brown vest and jeans, the actor left not only the photographers but also his fans amazed, who flooded the comments section with praise and admiration for the actor. Since the 2016 film was re-released, Harshvardhan has been visiting different theatres across Mumbai to surprise fans and interact with them, wearing the same black and white suit he wore in the film.
In an earlier interview with The Hindu, Harshvardhan Rane revealed that he maintains his physique by following the Caveman’s diet. He said, “I am a big structured guy and so, I always felt my weight was justified until I chanced upon Caveman’s diet. It is a diet plan which suggests food eaten by the cavemen. Cavemen ate what was available, like meat, vegetables and a few nuts. What we grow for food is carbohydrates and that leads to weight gain. I started this diet a few years ago and ever since I haven’t had carbs at all. I load on proteins, veggies, fruits and nuts and never took support of supplements. Weight loss has been significant and the energy levels are high. It keeps me motivated and my mind sharp.”
When Sanam Teri Kasam was first released in 2016, it made just Rs 9 crore. However, according to Sacnilk, the re-release has surprised everyone by collecting Rs 30.85 crore so far and it is expected to earn even more. The movie is now the second highest earning re-release in India, just behind last year’s hit Tumbbad, which made about Rs 32 crore. It has also surpassed Thalapathy Vijay’s Ghilli and Ranbir Kapoor’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani records.
Other than Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane, the movie stars Anurag Sinha, Manish Chaudhari, Murli Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Shraddha Das and Sudesh Berry in key roles.
