Sanam Teri Kasam Re-Release Box Office Day 10

Sanam Teri Kasam, the romantic drama that was a dud at the box office when it had first released in 2016, recently hit the theatres once again. The lifetime collection at that time was only Rs 9.11 crore while the budget of the film was Rs 14 crore. Surprisingly, the re-release is doing extremely well at the ticket windows. On Day 10 of its re-release, the Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane-starrer held its ground strong at the box office, even though Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava gave it a fierce competition.

Sanam Teri Kasam ended its week one with a collection of Rs 26.50 crore. While Chhaava may have made waves at the box office, Sanam Teri Kasam has been quietly holding its own, delivering impressive numbers during its second weekend. The film’s collections remained solid, with over a crore earned each day. On its second Friday, the romantic drama raked in around Rs 1.10 crore, and the trend continued into Saturday, with similar numbers coming in.

On the second Sunday, Sanam Teri Kasam showed a steady rise, bringing in approximately Rs 1.35 crore, which helped its 10-day total reach around Rs 30 crore. While Tumbbad holds the record for the highest earnings in re-releases so far, having grossed Rs 32 crore, Sanam Teri Kasam is on track to surpass that. With its solid performance, the Harshvardhan Rane-Mawra Hocane-starrer is expected to easily cross the Rs 40 crore mark during its re-release run.

Meanwhile, Chhaava has collected Rs 116.5 crore in three days.

Sanam Teri Kasam is a romantic drama film written and directed by Radhika Rao-Vinay Sapru. Produced by Deepak Mukut, the film stars Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane in their Hindi film debut, with Anurag Sinha, Manish Chaudhari, Murli Sharma and Sudesh Berry. The film is a modern rendition of the legends of Shiva-Sati and the novel Love Story by Eric Segal.
