Former Bigg Boss contestants Sambhavna Seth and Sana Khan recently left everyone shocked when they collaborated for a video on social media. In the video, Sana was seen jokingly asking Sambhavna to wear a burqa.
Sana jokingly tells Sambhavna, “Tere paas ek acchi salwar kameez nahi hai… thappad chahiye? Where is your dupatta? Burqa laao… Sambhavna ko burqa pehnao! (You don’t have a good salwar kameez? Want a slap? Where is your dupatta? Bring a burqa… Make Sambhavna wear a burqa),” Sana said.
After netizens questioned Sana’s comment and bashed her for the same, Sambhavna has now reminded everyone that it was merely a fun conversation. Recently, Seth reacted to the controversy and sent out a stern message saying she is a “proud Hindu”.

“That was just a fun conversation between Sana and me. We have been friends for years, and she invited me to her Ramadan special podcast. The discussion was about how I had gained weight and my clothes were getting tight. In that context, Sana jokingly mentioned bringing a dupatta for me,” Sambhavna told India Forums.
“I am an individual who makes my own choices. No one can force me to wear a burqa or dictate my clothing. While I respect all religions, I am a proud Hindu and will not wear a burqa,” she continued and then added, “I completely understand that I wouldn’t wear shorts for a Ramadan podcast. However, I am an individual who makes my own choices. No one can force me to wear a burqa or dictate my clothing. While I respect all religions, I am a proud Hindu and will not wear a burqa.”
Sambhavna Seth further defended Sana Khan and concluded by saying, “If I had known this conversation would take such a turn and lead to Sana being trolled, I would have never posted the video. Why would I put up something that would bring negativity to my friend?”
Meanwhile, Sana Khan has not reacted to the controversy as of now.
