Samay Raina Drops First Post Amid India’s Got Latent Row, Junaid Says Dad Aamir Khan Looks ‘Very Young’
Guwahati Police registered an FIR against Samay Raina and all the judges on his show India’s Got Latent under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Samay has shared his first Instagram post amid the controversy. Currently on his Unfiltered: North America Tour 2025, Samay Raina posted photos from his San Jose show at the San Jose Civic in California. The images show him on stage, facing a packed audience illuminated by mobile flashes. Captioning the post simply as “Performed in San Jose Civic | Grateful,” Raina appeared unfazed by the ongoing controversy.
Junaid Khan pointed out that while he is Aamir Khan’s son, their contrasting physical traits make it less obvious to others. He shared that people often have a hard time believing that he is Aamir’s son due to the differences in their appearance. In an interview with Indian Express, he said, “I guess Papa looks very young. Most people are not able to comprehend ki unka itna bada beta hai. We look also physically very different. I’m like twice his size. So yeah, I have not had it around me so much.”
