Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared insights into her transformative three-day silent retreat. Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress revealed that she had spent time in complete silence, without a phone or any communication, and described the experience as deeply enriching.

“Three days of silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for company. Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things. Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend you try it? A million times, yes,” she wrote.

Samantha’s revelation about her retreat has sparked interest among fans, as it aligns with her recent emphasis on wellness and self-care. The actress has been open about her health struggles and personal journey, often sharing her experiences with mindfulness, fitness, and healing.

Just days before this, Samantha made a lively public appearance at a college fest in Chennai, where she performed on stage with students. The actress danced to her hit song Dippam Dappam from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, radiating energy and charm. Dressed in a chic white outfit paired with a blue and white tassel skirt, she looked stunning as she interacted with the audience.

On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny, the Indian adaptation of the Citadel franchise, directed by Raj & DK. She starred alongside Varun Dhawan, with a supporting cast including Kay Kay Menon, Simran, and Sikandar Kher.
