Rana Daggubati has completed 15 years in the industry. Over the years, he has carved a niche for himself, becoming one of the most talented actors in the Indian film scene. To mark the special occasion, the makers of his debut film Leader, decided to release the same on the OTT platform. The actor, too, added a post on Instagram stories. It featured the poster of his film with a short note wherein Rana wrote, “15 years of Masterpiece Leader.”

Leader: Plot And Storyline
The film begins with Andhra Pradesh CM Sanjeevayya sustaining injuries after a bomb blast. His son, Arjun, meanwhile discovers the corruption that his father’s political party is steeped in following which he decides to enter politics to bring change. Joined by political expert Ali and journalist Ratna Prabha, he continues to take action against those involved in wrongdoings including his cousin.
Witnessing Arjun’s political strategies to implement strict anti-corruption policies, Dhanunjay conspires against him. How Arjun fights against him and other obstacles on his mission to build a clean political party and bring true reform makes for the basic plot of the film.
Leader: Cast And Crew
The political drama, directed by Sekhar Kammula and written by Rutwik Pavan, stars Rana Daggubati in the lead role, alongside Richa Gangopadhyay and Priya Anand. Produced by M. Saravanan, M.S. Guhan, Aruna Guhan, and Aparna Guhan, the film boasts cinematography by Vijay C. Kumar and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. Adding to its appeal, the music for the film is composed by Mickey J. Meyer.
Up next, Rana Daggubati is set to impress the audience with his role in Rana Naidu season 2. Apart from Rana Daggubati, Kriti Kharbanda, Daggubati Venkatesh, Arjun Rampal and Surveen Chawla also play the lead role in the film. The film marks Kriti’s debut in the OTT space.
