The Kerala High Court on Wednesday adjourned to February 20 hearing on an anticipatory bail petition filed by Shuhaib, an accused in a case related to the leakage of Standard 10 public examination question paper through his YouTube channel.
The allegation against him was that a question paper for Christmas and Onam examinations was leaked through his channel. According to him, he was implicated as an accused without any basis. He alleged that there were allegations of question paper leakage against a certain tuition centre lobby and the office of the Education Minister. According to Shuhaib, he was targeted to divert attention from the allegations.
