Priyanka Chopra, who is currently in Hyderabad for the shoot of SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film, visited the Chilkur Balaji Temple to seek blessings before beginning this new project. She took to Instagram to drop a series of photos from her darshan. In one of the photos, she is seen conversing with a temple priest. For the visit, Priyanka wore a beautiful turquoise salwar suit, draping her dupatta over her head as a mark of respect. She was also given a red uttariyam, adorned with prints of Lord Venkateswara, a traditional gesture extended to devotees at the temple.
Priyanka entered the temple premises through a separate entrance, accompanied by priests, for darshan. In her caption, she expressed gratitude, writing that with the blessings of Sri Balaji, she is starting a new chapter. She also thanked her actor Ram Charan’s wife, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, for possibly facilitating the darshan. Her caption read, “With the blessings of Shri Balaji a new chapter begins.
