Priyanka Chopra Jonas has made yet another high-profile real estate move, selling four luxury flats in Mumbai’s Oberoi Sky Gardens for a total of ₹16.17 crore. Among these, the most expensive was a jodi unit, a combined set of flats, which fetched the highest price.
Situated in Andheri West, Oberoi Sky Gardens is a sought-after residential complex known for its premium amenities. According to IndexTap, the three flats on the 18th floor were sold for ₹3.45 crore, ₹2.85 crore, and ₹3.52 crore, respectively. The fourth flat, located on the 19th floor, which is the jodi unit, was sold for ₹6.35 crore. The total stamp duty on the transactions came to ₹83 lakh, with the sale documents signed on March 3.
Priyanka has been strategically reshaping her property portfolio over the years. In 2021, she sold two properties in Versova, as reported by Architectural Digest India, followed by the sale of two penthouses in Lokhandwala in 2023, according to Business Standard.
