The trend of re-releasing classic Bollywood films is gaining momentum, bringing beloved cinematic gems back to the theatrical screen. With the successful returns of films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Sanam Teri Kasam and Tumbbad, makers are reigniting nostalgia among movie buffs. Now, another film is making its way back to cinemas during the International Women’s week. PVR INOX is all set to celebrate the day in a grand way from March 7 to March 13. During the occasion, they are re-releasing films that honour female-led stories and their powerful impact.

As per the announcement, PVR INOX will release the Madhur Bhandarkar directorial Fashion at the PVR & Inox Film Festival. The film will be released in theatres from March 7 to March 13.

The filmmaker wrote on X, “The film #Fashion is back in theatres just in time for International Women’s Day! Join us at the PVR & Inox Film Festival from March 7th to 13th, 2025, to relive this iconic story on the big screen.”

Coming to Fashion, the Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Mugdha Godse starrer delves into the highs and lows of the modeling industry. The Madhur Bhandarkar directorial was highly praised by critics and audiences, with Priyanka Chopra earning the National Film Award for Best Actress for her role and Kangana Ranaut winning the award for Best Supporting Actress. Besides the compelling storyline, the music of the film, composed by Salim–Sulaiman, has garnered appreciation.

Not long ago, PVR cinemas and INOX shared a collaborative post announcing the re-release of iconic films that honour unforgettable female characters and their journeys. Sharing a poster on Instagram, they wrote, “Some stories inspire for a lifetime! Celebrate the strength, grace, and brilliance of women through the power of cinema! This Women’s Day, experience iconic films that honour unforgettable female characters and their journeys. Catch these inspiring blockbusters from March 7 to 13 at PVR INOX.”

Other than Queen, Highway and Fashion, Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh starrer Lootera will also return to cinemas. The romantic drama is slated to hit the theatres on March 7.
