Reality TV star and Roadies mentor Prince Narula found himself at the center of controversy after a contestant accused him and his wife, Yuvika Chaudhary, of demanding Rs 20 lakh bribe. The allegation surfaced during the show’s selection process of MTV Roadies Double Cross. Prince is currently seen as a judge on the TV reality show alongside Rhea Chakraborty, Neha Dhupia and Elvish Yadav. Rannvijay Singha hosts the show.
During a recent Roadies audition, a contestant claimed that Prince Narula and his wife, Yuvika Chaudhary, asked for Rs 20 lakh in exchange for a spot on the show’s audition.
It all started when Rannvijay opened a contestant’s file, revealing shocking allegations that Prince had accepted money in exchange for a guaranteed spot on Roadies. However, Prince denied the claims and responded firmly, saying, “Mera bhai pichle paanch saal se aa raha hai auditions dene aur last year ke baad usne finally band kiya auditions dena kyunki uska nahi hua! Aur maine kisi ko nahi bola ki mera bhai aa raha hai please dekhna, khud auditions de aur aa.”
The situation escalated when another contestant, Dayali, alleged that she had heard Siwet Tomar, a Roadies contestant from last year, secured his spot after contacting Prince’s wife, Yuvika Chaudhary. This accusation angered Prince, who immediately responded, “If this was just about me, I wouldn’t have said anything. But now that you’ve mentioned my wife, I won’t stay silent.”
To get to the bottom of the issue, Kushdheer, the original source of the allegation, was called in. However, he completely denied any mention of money, revealing that the entire controversy was built on rumours and misinformation.
In anger, Prince said, “Tujhe lagta hai hum bikau hain.”
Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary got married in 2018. After six years of togetherness, the couple welcomed their baby girl, Ekleen, on October 19, 2024.
