On Thursday, Maddock Films unveiled some new posters of the intense looks of the cast members, raising fans’ excitement.

As Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna’s highly anticipated film Chhaava inches closer to its theatrical release, the makers are leaving no stone unturned to keep the excitement soaring. From promoting the movie across cities like Delhi and Kolkata to dropping major updates about the film on social media, they are ensuring the film is top-of-mind for audiences nationwide. Just a day before audiences witnessed the grand period action drama on the big screen, Maddock Films surprised everyone by releasing the intense looks of the cast members.
On Thursday, Maddock Films unveiled some new posters of the cast, raising fans’ excitement. In one of the posters, we can see actress Diana Penty looking stunning in a royal getup. Dressed in a pink Anarkali suit with traditional jewellery, the actress exuded a royal and graceful vibe with an intensity in her eyes. Sharing the poster, the maker wrote, “Grace, intellect, and quiet rebellion—meet Shehzadi Zinat-un-Nissa.”
In another poster, the makers gave a glimpse of actor Ashutosh Rana’s fierce character. They penned, “Jo chattan bankar Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj ke saath khade rahe, woh Sarlashkar Hambirrao Mohite.”
Speaking about Chhaava, the historical drama features an ensemble cast, including Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Akshaye Khanna, Vineet Kumar Singh, Diana Penty and Santosh Juvekar in key roles. The film is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha empire’s founder.
Chhaava is an adaptation of the iconic Marathi novel Chhaava by Shivaji Sawant and is all set to release on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film promises to deliver a gripping storyline that captures the valour and legacy of one of the most revered kings of India.
Looking ahead, Diana Penty has Mithun Gangopadhyay and Nishant Nayak’s upcoming project Daring Partners in the pipeline. Co-starring Tamannaah Bhatia and Nakuul Mehta, the series is set to stream on Prime Video. She will also star in Diljit Dosanjh and Boman Irani’s starrer Detective Sherdil. Other than this, Diana is roped in for the thriller drama Section 84. Directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles.
