MANGALDAI, Dec 16: Orang National Park continues to attract both domestic and international tourists with its picturesque landscapes and thriving wildlife.
Swami Tryambakeshanand Maharaj, co-secretary of Ramakrishna Mission, Kharupetia, expressed his joy after a gypsy safari in the park, describing it as peaceful and beautiful.
Abhijit Mukherjee, president of Maa Sarada Vidya Mandir, Kharupetia, highlighted the park’s underutilised publicity potential, urging more promotion for this natural treasure.
The park, known for its high density of Royal Bengal Tigers, also boasts 125 one-horned rhinoceroses, 6,000 deer, and a variety of wildlife, making it a top destination for nature enthusiasts from India and abroad.
