A new lawsuit has emerged, painting an even darker picture of Sean Diddy Combs. The embattled hip-hop mogul is facing fresh allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and a disturbing claim that he took credit for orchestrating Tupac Shakur’s murder. Filed on Wednesday, February 26, the lawsuit – brought forward by an anonymous plaintiff known as John Doe – reportedly accuses Diddy of sexual assault and coercion, with court documents detailing a chilling moment in which the rap icon allegedly threatened him by referencing Tupac’s killing.

“If I can get Pac hit, what the f*** Do you think it can happen to you?” Diddy allegedly warned, according to the legal filing. This marks the second time an accuser has implicated the music mogul in connection to the legendary rapper’s 1996 murder, reports The Mirror US.

Tupac Shakur’s death in a drive-by shooting left the hip-hop world shaken, with the case remaining unsolved for nearly three decades. That was until 2023 when former Crips gang member Duane Keefe D Davis was convicted of first-degree murder. Despite past speculation about his involvement, Diddy was never charged with Tupac’s death.

At the time of his murder, Tupac was reportedly embroiled in a notorious East Coast-West Coast rap feud, which included tensions with Diddy, then known as Puff Daddy, and the late Notorious B.I.G., who was gunned down in a similar drive-by six months later. Like in Tupac’s case, Diddy was never charged or officially linked to Biggie’s murder.

Now, this latest lawsuit throws his name into the mix once again, this time in the form of a direct, incriminating statement allegedly made to a victim of sexual violence.

According to court filings, John Doe’s interactions with Diddy began in 2012 when he was working for a “male companion service” in Florida. He claims he was flown to New York City at the rapper’s request, believing he was being lured into an exploitative situation, reports The Mirror US.

One particular night at the New York City Intercontinental Hotel, things allegedly took a sinister turn. John Doe claims Diddy instructed him to “perform sexual acts upon a female companion” for “multiple hours” while engaging in “degrading acts upon her.”

The lawsuit details how the plaintiff, after consuming water provided by Diddy, felt as though he had been drugged and lost control over his own body. The ordeal allegedly escalated further when Diddy followed John Doe into the bathroom, ignoring his protests that he was unwell.

“I really want you to stay, let’s turn up, let’s turn up,” Diddy allegedly insisted before escalating matters, ultimately leading to sexual assault. The victim claims he was then threatened into silence, with the mogul allegedly making his ominous Tupac-related statement.

With this latest lawsuit, the walls seem to be closing in on Diddy. The former Bad Boy Records boss is already facing a slew of serious allegations, with multiple accusers coming forward in recent months. As of now, Diddy is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, maintaining his innocence despite the mounting accusations.
