The National Cyber Security Conclave (NCSC 1.0), a joint initiative by the Centre for Information Technology Research and Automation (CITRA) of the National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC), the Computer Emergency Response Team of India (CERT-IN), and the Calicut Innovation and Technology Initiative (CITI 2.0) commenced at NITC on Friday (February 7).

Director of NITC Prasad Krishna inaugurated the two-day event. Raveendran Kasthuri, former chief executive officer of Uralungal Labour Contractors’ Cooperative Society and director of Strategic Initiatives at Skilllablers, Bengaluru, S.D. Madhu Kumar, chairperson of CITRA, Muralikrishnan Nair, managing director of Cyber Proof, Neehar Pathare of 63 SAT Bombay, and Ajayan K. Anat, chairman, Calicut Innovation and Technology Initiative, spoke on the occasion.
