Mrunal Thakur just had an adorable fan moment and it is too sweet to miss. The actress was spotted in town when she ran into two super-excited fans who simply couldn’t contain their joy. A video of this sweet encounter was shared online by the paparazzi Instagram account, Viral Bhayani. The clip starts with the two women approaching Mrunal and asking if they can take pictures with her. Without a second thought, she flashes her signature warm smile and happily agrees. And what follows is something every fan dreams of.
As they take selfies and pose alongside her, one of the fans visibly starts shivering from sheer excitement (Yup, we all have been there). Noticing this, Mrunal immediately asks, “Are you okay?” The overwhelmed fan, still in awe, manages to respond, “Yeah. Your movies are so fabulous.”
Another fan also joins in and compliments her, saying, “You’re so pretty,” to which Mrunal sweetly responds, “That is so sweet. Thank you.” After this, she also gets her moment with the actress. Mrunal even records a short video, calling out her fans’ names which sends them into a whole new level of excitement.
Talking about Mrunal’s outfit, she kept it chic yet comfortable in an abstract printed top with a black base and full sleeves, paired with relaxed-fit trousers. She went for a soft glam look with her hair styled naturally open which made her look absolutely ethereal.
Talking about her professional commitments, Mrunal will next be seen in Pooja Meri Jaan, directed by Navjot Gulati. The film is backed by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik under the Maddock Films banner. Initially planned for a November 2024 release, the film was later pushed to early 2025. Pooja Meri Jaan also stars Huma Qureshi in a key role.
Apart from this, Mrunal will explore comedy in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. The film pairs her with Varun Dhawan and is directed by David Dhawan. This marks the fourth collaboration between Varun and his father.
Another much-anticipated film in Mrunal’s lineup is Dacoit where she will make her debut in the action genre. She will star opposite Adivi Sesh. Directed by Shaneil Deo, the action drama follows the journey of an angry convict, who meticulously plots revenge against his former girlfriend after being betrayed by her. The film is being produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang.
