Admit it or not, Mrunal Thakur’s goofy videos make our day! On Saturday, March 1, she dropped a post on Instagram on behalf of ‘Pookie Thakur’ (herself). In the clip, Mrunal is trying out stunts as she attempts to ‘test gravity’. The end result will leave you in splits.
In the first half of the video, Mrunal Thakur is seen attempting a superhero pose on a moving walkway, probably at the airport. In the second half of the clip, the actor is seen jumping from a table during her makeup session. Though she didn’t fall, she landed on the floor looking all jittery, trying to cover her nervousness with a cute smile. “I’m not clumsy, I’m just testing gravity! REGULARLY you know Love, Pookie Thakur,” she wrote, while sharing the video. Check it out here:
Meanwhile, Mrunal Thakur is exploring new horizons on the work front. The actor will mark her debut into the action genre with Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit. The revenge thriller also stars filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in a pivotal role.
Speaking of the film, Mrunal said, “The story of Dacoit is true in it’s essence, a great mixture of rustic storytelling that is elevated with the stylised vision of both Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo. The character I’m set to depict in the films will allow me to explore shades of playing an on screen character that I haven’t explored before as an actor. This proposition mixed with the genre and script of Dacoit is what will truly make it a treat to watch for the audiences. I can’t wait to deep dive into the world envisioned by Shaneil.”
Apart from this, Mrunal Thakur will be seen in Pooja Meri Jaan, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, Son of Sardaar 2 and Tum Ho Toh.
