Recently, Mandira took on the popular 75 Hard Fitness Challenge, pushing her limits as part of her goals for the year.
Speaking about the challenge, the Saaho actress shared, “This is more than just fitness; it’s about strength of mind, consistency, and pushing yourself to uncomfortable limits. I wanted to start the year with purpose and challenge myself in every way possible, including physically, emotionally, and mentally,” as quoted by Bollywood Hungama.
She added, “Sharing my journey, including my challenges, is not easy, but it is my way of remaining true to myself and proving to others that growth is raw and real. It may not be perfect, but it’s inspiring. I hope this encourages individuals to take the initial step and own their transformation.”
The actress has been constantly sharing updates from her 75 Hard Challenge on social media. On Tuesday, she dropped a workout video and shared that due to the challenge, she does 2 workouts each day.
Mandira wrote in the caption, “75 hard has me doing 2 (45 min) workouts a day and 1 of them has to be outdoors!! I’m loving the winter mornings here in Mumbai. The inspiring reading keeps me in a good place in my head. If there’s one thing I dislike it’s the gallon of water a day!! Now THATS the hardest part of the challenge.”
In the clip, the DDLJ actress is seen doing cardio, shoulder workouts, training her abs, leg workouts and stretching.
During the 75 Hard challenge for 75 days, participants must perform five important daily activities that include exercising twice a day, adhering to a strict nutrition regimen and developing their mental fortitude – all without rest, cheat days, or substitutions.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mandira was recently seen in the Malayalam language action thriller film Identity. Helmed by Akhil Paul, the film also featured Tovino Thomas, Trisha and Vinay Rai in the lead roles.
