Reflecting on her experience, Raveena told ANI, “This Kumbh has come after 144 years. My friends and I traveled from Mumbai not just for the Ganga Snaan but also to return to our ‘home.’ Swami ji’s home is my home, the home of my children.” Her heartfelt words highlighted her strong bond with the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and its spiritual leadership.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, regarded as the world’s largest religious congregation, continues to attract millions of devotees, saints, and tourists from across the globe. The event is centered around the sacred dips at the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. Alongside the holy baths, the mela is characterized by satsangs, bhajans, and rituals believed to purify the soul and grant spiritual enlightenment.
On the professional front, Raveena Tandon was last seen in Ghudchadi, where she starred alongside Sanjay Dutt, Parth Samthaan, Khushalii Kumar, and Aruna Irani. The film is currently streaming on JioCinema.
Next up, she will be seen in Welcome to the Jungle, directed by Anees Bazmee. This multi-starrer action-comedy features an ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sanjay Dutt, Disha Patani, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Farida Jalal, and Johnny Lever. The film is slated for a theatrical release later this year, promising a blend of laughter and adventure.
