Kriti Sanon has teamed up with Dhanush for Tere Ishk Mein.
After filming a short but impactful movie announcement for Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein, Kriti Sanon has now officially started shooting for the film. She posted a photo from the first day on the film’s sets, emphasising that she is back to doing what she loves most.
Kriti shared a photo of a clapboard with the film’s name written in bold, block letters. “Let’s go”, she wrote, further adding, “Such a good feeling being back on set. Doing what I love the most.” Kriti will star alongside Dhanush in the film, marking their first collaboration together. Here is the picture:
According to a source from the unit, “Filming started with Dhanush a few days back, and today, Kriti begins her shoot.” This marks the start of her journey as Mukti, a role that is set to bring a more intense side to her craft.
In January 2025, the star cast and makers unveiled the film announcement video of Tere Ishk Mein. It had Kriti walking on a street, unaffected by a riot. She poured a golden liquid over her and sat in solitude amid the hullabaloo. The announcement ended with the actor lighting a cigarette. “Some love stories are destined to rise from the flames. On the work front, Kriti Sanon was recently seen in a plethora of roles, challenging her mettle as an actor. She played the emotionally charged Mimi for which she won a National Award. The actor then transformed into a werewolf in Bhediya and later, played AI-powered Sifra in Teri Baaton Mein Uljha Jiya with Shahid Kapoor. She also played an aspiring pilot in The Crew and a double role in Netflix’s Do Patti.
As for her upcoming release, Tere Ishk Mein will see the light of the day on November 28, 2025.
