Katrina Kaif and her mother-in-law Veena Kaushal attended the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, visiting Parmarth Niketan and meeting Swami Chidanand Saraswati.

After Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif arrived in Prayagraj to be a part of the holy Maha Kumbh Mela. The actor was accompanied by her mother-in-law, Veena Kaushal. They visited Parmarth Niketan and met Swami Chidanand Saraswati at his ashram at the Maha Kumbh campsite.
Katrina wore a simple peach-coloured salwar kurta set at the Maha Kumbh. She expressed her gratitude on attending holy site and told ANI, “I am very fortunate that I could come here this time. I am really happy and grateful. I met Swami Chidanand Saraswati and took his blessings. I am just starting my experience here. I like the energy and the beauty and significance of everything. I am looking forward to spending the whole day here.”

Parmarth Niketan’s Instagram page posted several photos from Katrina and her mother-in-law’s visit. Previously, Katrina’s husband, actor Vicky Kaushal visited Maha Kumbh Mela amid the release of his latest film, Chhaava. Expressing his gratitude to be able to visit Prayagraj at the auspicious time, the actor had said, “I am feeling good. I was waiting to visit Mahakumbh. I am fortunate as I got the opportunity to come here.”
On the work front, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi. She is yet to announce her next project.
