Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and the entire Kapoor clan came together recently to celebrate Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani’s wedding. Pictures and videos from the wedding have dominated social media in the last few days. While visuals from mehendi, sangeet and the wedding ceremony went viral on social media, fans were still waiting to see some glimpses from the Haldi. Much to fans’ delight, Karisma has now shared a series of photos from Aadar’s Haldi, and looks like they all had a blast!
On Sunday, Karisma Kapoor took to her Instagram to share pictures from her cousin Aadar Jain’s haldi ceremony. The first few pictures showcase the actress’ stunning look for the occasion. Lolo donned a beautiful ivory and golden embroidered Anarkali suit. She paired the full-sleeved flared kurti with a matching churidar and dupatta. She accessorized her look with huge earrings, a golden bracelet, and rounded off her look with a matching potli and mustard yellow juttis. One of the pictures shows her striking a happy pose with her cousins Aadar Jain and Armaan Jain. Aadar looks drenched, and his face is smeared with haldi. She also shared a photo of the lip-smacking jalebis. Check out the pictures below!
Fans loved Karisma’s anarkali look, and while one fan commented, “No words to express how beautiful you are looking in this…,” another one wrote, “You’re the epitome of elegance.” A third comment read, “Dreamy.”
Meanwhile, yesterday, Karisma also shared a photo from Aadar and Alekha’s wedding on her Instagram story. The picture showed her posing with her cousins Zahan Kapoor and Shaira Kapoor. Lolo cheekily captioned it ‘singles in the family’, celebrating the trio’s single status. She looked stunning in a traditional golden kanjeevaram saree with a metallic embroidered blouse, and accessorized her look with a statement navratan and polki necklace, earrings and a golden clutch. She posed next to her cousin Zahan Kapoor, who was dressed in a beige and golden kurta, while Shaira looked stunning in an ice blue lehenga. The trio struck a lovely pose, and their camaraderie was quite evident in the picture.
On the professional front, Karisma Kapoor was recently seen as one of the judges on the dance reality show ‘India’s Best Dancer Season 4’. She also starred in Homi Adajania’s mystery thriller film ‘Murder Mubarak’, which released on Netflix in 2024. The film also starred Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar and Tara Alisha Berry. Karisma will be next seen in a series Brown, helmed by Abhinay Deo. It is reportedly based on Abheek Barua’s 2016 book City of Death.
