Filmmaker Karan Johar arrived at Aadar Jain-Alekha Advani’s mehendi ceremony on Thursday night with his dear friend, fashion designer Nandita Mahtani. The two were snapped by the paparazzi as they arrived at the venue.
At the high-profile pre-wedding function, Karan wore a black jacket with golden embroidery. He amped his look with a regal ring, a neck chain and wore complementing flared pants. Nandita, on the other hand, wore a pastel-hued lehenga choli set. Karisma, of course, was a part of the celebrations. The two were all smiles as they posed for the paparazzi. Watch the video here:

For the unversed, Nandita is Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband, Sanjay Kapur’s first wife. Nandita and Sanjay were married for four years, from 1996 to 2000. The former couple parted ways due to mutual conflicts. They have a daughter together.
Before marrying Sanjay, Nandita was rumoured to be dating actor-model Dino Morea. However, the rumours were short-lived. Years later, Nandita found love in actor Vidyut Jammwal. After making their relationship Insta-official, the couple announced that they were engaged to each other. However, they have also reportedly called it quits after two years of engagement.
Aadar Jain and Alekha had their Roka ceremony in November 2024, in Mumbai. The intimate ceremony was attended by members of the Kapoor clan including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Navya Nanda, and many others. Several photos and videos from the Roka ceremony went viral on social media.
In January this year, the two had a Christian wedding in Goa. Several photos and videos from their white wedding also went viral on social media.
