Kapil Sharma asks Archana Puran Singh whether she had a scuffle with her husband Parmeet Sethi
Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh and others are back with the third season of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, which was announced last week during the Next On Netflix event. Archana Puran Singh has now shared a video documenting behind-the-scenes glimpses from the event. Archana, who fractured her wrist last month while shooting for Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa’s debut production Toaster, shared a video in which she interacted with R Madhavan, Kapil Sharma, Sanya Malhotra and others during the event. Kapil also jokingly asked her whether she actually injured her arm while shooting or whether she had a scuffle with her husband Parmeet Sethi.
Archana Puran Singh was seen with her injured arm in a sling. Kapil Sharma jokingly asked her, “Sachhi shooting me tuta ya fir Parmeet se haathapai hui? (Did you really break your hand during the shoot, or was there a scuffle with Parmeet?).” Archana and others laughed at this. She was then heard saying, “Parmeet agar mera haath todta, to uska muh toot jaata. (If Parmeet had broken my hand, his face would have been broken).” Archana shared a promo clip on Instagram with the caption, “Parde ke peechhe Netflix Slate par The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3 ka announcement.” Check out the clip below!
During the Netflix event, Archana Puran Singh met and interacted with many celebrities such as R Madhavan, Sayani Gupta, Shefali Shah, Sanya Malhotra, Rajkummar Rao, Patralekhaa, Kriti Kharbanda, Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal, and others. Patralekhaa, the producer of ‘Toaster’, said that she was there on set when Archana Puran Singh fractured her wrist. “Main thi. Aur main royi bhi (I was there, and I cried),” she said. Archana then said, “Maine to khoon paseena aur haddi bhi di hai is film ke liye. Ab to ye super-duper hit hone wali hai. We’re talking about Toaster.” Meanwhile, Archana called Sanya Malhotra the ‘sweetest colleague to ever work with’, revealing that the actress cried a lot when she injured her arm.
Last month, Archana Puran Singh met with a tragic accident while shooting for ‘Toaster’ in Virar. The actress was filming an early morning scene around 5:00 AM when she fell and sustained severe injuries. She was immediately rushed to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vile Parle, where she underwent surgery for a fractured wrist.
