Well, amid this a report is coming in that John Abraham has replaced Prithviraj Sukumaran in the highly anticipated film. Nothing has been made official till now.
News24 has quoted a source saying, “Earlier, Prithviraj Sukumaran was considered for the role, but things could not materialise. Now, John will be seen sharing the screen with Priyanka Chopra. He has quite a few scenes with her and the shoot will happen in Hyderabad itself”. The official pooja ceremony for this SSMB29 was held on January 2. The ceremony was held strictly private, and no pictures or glimpses from the same were released by the makers.
Priyanka Chopra is currently in India for the shoot. The actress often shared glimpses of a temple visit ahead of the shoot. Recently, Priyanka was spotted visiting the renowned Balaji temple. Taking to her Instagram stories, Priyanka shared glimpses of the visit. She has not mentioned anything in the caption. Last week also shared photos from the temple visit and wrote, “With the blessings of Shri Balaji, a new chapter begins. May we all find peace in our hearts and prosperity and abundance all around us. God’s grace is infinite.” While she didn’t offer details on what “new chapter” referred to, some speculated it hinted at her rumored collaboration with SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu. In the post, Priyanka appeared effortlessly graceful as she posed at the temple, donning a gorgeous blue suit.
