TWICE’s Nayeon hosts a unique show titled Trick Kode on YouTube. On the show, the K-pop star plays a guessing game through texting, trying to identify the mystery guests without actually knowing who they are. In the latest episode, which aired on February 26, KST, her guest was actor Park Hyung Sik, who is best known for his shows Doctor Slump, Strong Woman Bong Soon and others.
During the game, Nayeon tried to extract clues about Hyung Sik’s identity by asking him questions related to his friends in the industry. She inquired if he had any actor friends. To make things more interesting, they agreed to swap a list of their celebrity friends. Hyung Sik listed Park Shin Hye, Han Hyo Joo and BTS’ V, aka Kim Taehyung. After seeing the list, Nayeon, without any hesitation, reacted with, “Wow, I want to be friends, too.”
This teeny, tiny moment immediately took the K-pop fandom by storm. While Nayeon wanted to be friends with all three, people on the internet were more keen on a BTS x TWICE crumb. The key detail that made this moment extra special was the fact that both Nayeon and V are ‘95-liners, meaning they were both born in 1995.
While the two K-pop stars were never publicly spotted interacting, the fact that the TWICE member expressed her interest in being friends with Hyung Sik’s circle, including V, was enough to spark excitement among the fans. In a post shared by a fan page on X, the fans have also expressed their wish to watch V on Nayeon’s show after he is discharged from the military.

Speaking of Nayeon’s work, the 29-year-old TWICE member released her second EP, Na, in June 2024. On the other hand, BTS’ V, who has been serving in the military since December 2023, released two singles, Winter Ahead and White Christmas, last year. As for Park Hyung Sik, the actor is busy with promotions for his latest K-drama Buried Hearts, co-starring Huh Joon Ho, Lee Hae Young and Hong Hwa Yeon.
