As rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs remains in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, the legal troubles surrounding him continue to grow. In a new lawsuit filed this week, Kendra Haffoney, a former contestant on VH1’s I Want to Work for Diddy, has accused him of sexual abuse. Haffoney alleges that the incident occurred in 2007 when she was chosen as a finalist for the reality show’s first season.

Mentioning that her conversations with Diddy were “occasional”, she revealed how they became even more consistent as the filming for the show commenced. Haffoney recalled an incident when she was reportedly invited to an afterparty and was led to a backroom where the rapper was already present with other individuals. Haffoney was offered a drink, which she claimed was drugged as she felt “delirious,” and that she was made to sit beside Diddy.

As per the lawsuit, the rapper allegedly “guided Haffoney’s head down to have her perform oral sex on him.” The contestant claimed that the effect of the drug she ingested left her powerless to take control of the situation. “Plaintiff wanted to leave, but as the oral sex with Diddy continued, she felt her body getting weak and she ultimately passed out,” the lawsuit added, as quoted by Rolling Stones.

It added that Haffoney woke to find herself in the I Want To Work for Diddy cast house, with the rapper sitting on the same bed. “She knew that she had been drugged with something, she felt weak, and her vagina area felt sore. Plaintiff knew she had been sexually assaulted, and raped, but did not know what to say or who to speak with, was ashamed, confused, degraded, humiliated, and shocked, so she suffered in silence and continued on the show,” it added. Further in the document, Haffoney added that she flew to Los Angeles with the cast for the rest of the filming when Diddy once again subjected her to “additional acts of sexual assault and misconduct.”

The particular lawsuit in question is among the four new ones filed against the rapper under the Gender-Motivated Violence Act. The suits, all contain similar allegations of sexual assault, with the complainants claiming that they were drugged and subjected to sexual acts against their consent.
