Samantha Ruth Prabhu is holidaying at an undisclosed location in 2025.
Like many around the world, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has also made some resolutions for 2025. In a new picture shared on her Instagram Stories, the actress is seen basking in the sun on a cold, winter day on a street sparsely covered with people. With her back facing the camera, Samantha is wearing a long coat paired with a beanie.
She shared the picture with the song It’s Hard to Be Humble by Mac Davis as the background score. She turned on the lyrics of the song, which is particularly garnering much attention. It says, “To know me is to love me. I must be a hell of a man. Oh Lord, It’s hard to be humble, But I’m doing the best that I can.” Atop the picture, Samantha wrote, “Mood for 2025!! Let’s go.”
Earlier, the South star gave her fans a glimpse of how she began 2025. Samantha, like many, rang in the New Year by seeking blessings at a religious place. In a picture that the actress posted, she was seen inside a church. Dressed in the same grey-coloured long coat, Samantha stood at the end of a well-lit and decorated church, with her back towards the camera.
In the photo, she was seen lighting candles near a stand before praying. While the exact location of the church is not known, it was not occupied by anyone else but the actress. Atop the photo, she wrote, “Day 1, 2025,” followed by a red heart emoji.
While Samantha is on a trip at the beginning of 2025, the Citadel: Honey Bunny actress spent the last few days of 2024 being a couch potato. On December 27, she shared a series of pictures on her Instagram account, giving her fans a glimpse into her low-key Christmas celebration. She also added some snaps of various religious places and beautiful scenery.
In the caption, she wrote, “Maybe it’s fine to just sit and stare. Maybe the hustle can wait for a while. Maybe all you need in a busy world is the quiet of a simple life. Maybe having no plan is part of the plan…To wander, to wonder, just because you can. Happy Holidays.”
Speaking of her professional front, the actress was seen in Prime Video’s Citadel: Honey Bunny, co-starring Varun Dhawan, Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem and others. Currently, the 37-year-old South Indian has Raj & DK’s Rakt Bramhand – The Bloody Kingdom, a fantasy action series, in the pipeline.
