Punjabi singer-actor Guru Randhawa is in the hospital after getting hurt while performing a stunt for his upcoming movie, Shaunki Sardar. He shared an update on Instagram with a photo of himself in a hospital bed, wearing a cervical collar. He wrote in the caption, “My first stunt, my first injury, but my spirit remains unbroken. A memory from the sets of Shaunki Sardar movie. Bahut mushkil kamm aa action waala but will work hard for my audience.”
Guru Randhawa’s post sparked concern and well-wishes from his friends in the industry. Mrunal Thakur reacted with shock, saying, “Whatttt,” while Anupam Kher offered encouragement, stating, “You are the bestest. Got will soon.” Mika Singh also wished Guru a speedy recovery with a simple “Get well soon.”
His much-anticipated film Shaunki Sardar, in which he stars alongside Nimrat Ahluwalia, is set to release next year. The movie promises a touching story of love, loyalty, and cultural pride. Produced by Guru Randhawa’s production house, 751 Films, and directed by Dheeraj Rattan, fans are eagerly awaiting this cinematic experience.
Not long back, Guru Randhawa took a holy dip in the Triveni sangam at the Maha Kumbh. Taking to Instagram, Guru dropped a collage video from Prayagraj in which he could be seen taking a dip in the Sangam, enjoying a boat ride and watching the aarti in the evening. Not just this, the singer also delighted his fans by taking selfies with them.
The video was attached to singer Kailash Kher’s song Jay-JayKaara from the film Baahubali 2. Sharing the video, Guru wrote in the caption, “Blessed to take a sacred dip in Maa Ganga at Prayagraj, where faith flows and spirituality thrives. Starting my new journey with God’s blessing. Har har Gange!” The singer’s caption also hinted towards his upcoming project. However, details regarding the same are yet to be revealed.
