Bollywood heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra has won hearts not only with his acting but also with his dedication to fitness. Known for his rigorous strength training for films, the actor also follows a well-rounded fitness routine that includes swimming, cycling, running, and more. Being an active presence on social media, Sidharth frequently shares glimpses of his fitness journey with his fans.
In a recent post on Instagram, Sidharth shared a video of himself in his swimming pool. Sporting a pair of black shorts, headgear, and goggles, the actor showcased his swimming skills. He captioned the video with an inspiring quote by Ophelia Filek: “The foundation of a strong self comes from small acts of daily discipline,” emphasizing how swimming is an important part of his daily fitness regimen.
Soon, his fans started flooding the comment section with their heartfelt reactions. One user wrote, “Reminds us of SOTY trophy.” Another mentioned, “True (fire emoji).” One fan even called him, ‘Aqua baby.” Meanwhile, one person stated, “#sidfit after so long….”
The Shershaah fame even hashtagged his post with words like “Sid Fit.” Under the same hashtag, Sidharth often drops glimpses of his ‘gym-free’ fitness regimes. In a previous post, he was practising muscle training with a rubber string attached to one of the branches of a tree in a park. Coming to his professional front, Sidharth was last seen in the 2024-released film Yodha, produced by Dharma Productions. Directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, the film starred him opposite Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani. He played the role of Arun Katyal, an army soldier and a member of the Yodha Task Force.
Next, Sidharth will appear in the romantic film Param Sundari, which will reportedly hit the theatres this year, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor. The filming is currently going on. And the makers posted the first glimpse of the film on December 24, 2024, featuring the duo. The movie will show a cross-cultural love story between a North Indian man, played by Malhotra and a South Indian woman, portrayed by Kapoor, set in Kerala.
