Beyond his on-screen charm, Emraan Hashmi is a devoted family man. When not immersed in work, the actor cherishes quality time with his wife and kids. Last night was no exception, as Emraan and his wife, Parveen Shahani, stepped out for a cosy dinner date. The couple was spotted making their way to their car, with Emraan graciously acknowledging the paparazzi before heading off on their luxe ride.
Emraan kept it effortlessly stylish in a classic white tee paired with grey jeans, complementing the look with matching shoes and a sleek black cap. Meanwhile, Parveen exuded casual chic in a neon top, cargo pants, and trendy sneakers, perfectly balancing comfort and style.
Last year, during his appearance on a podcast with Shubhankar Mishra, Emraan Hashmi opened up about the hurdles that came his way during his wedding with his wife, Parveen Shahani. The actor also revealed that his wife’s family did not support their marriage due to his ‘serial kisser’ image. Further, he noted that the actor’s image on screen was thought to be their actual personality.
Speaking to Shubhankar Mishra, the actor addressed his “wonderful” marriage and said, “We’ve had 18 years of wonderful, happy marriage. I value her in my life, and I would never leave her.” Answering a question about how he escaped any rumours about their relationship, he said, “Before social media, the lines between on-screen and off-screen images would be blurred, so people thought that I was actually like my characters. Some of them didn’t even know if I was married.”
In other news, two of Emraan Hashmi’s most beloved films, Awarapan (2007) and Jannat (2008) are set to return to the big screen. According to a Pinkvilla report, the actor’s films will soon be re-released, allowing him to reclaim his throne. Awarapan, directed by Mohit Suri, was an intense action-drama that didn’t perform well at the box office. On the other hand, Jannat was a blockbuster with its unforgettable music and gripping plot, making it a classic among fans.
Emraan Hashmi was last seen in Disney Plus Hotstar’s Showtime. The show also featured Mouni Roy, Mahima Makwana and Rajeev Khandelwal in the lead roles.
