The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has conducted searches on the premises linked to WTC Builder, Bhutani Group, and others in a “real estate projects” case involving over ₹1,000 crore.

The agency has searched 12 locations in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram. “The WTC group has multiple projects in Faridabad, Noida, and other locations and has collected more than ₹1,000 crore from gullible investors and not delivered projects since last 10-12 years,” said an agency official.
The official said multiple First Information Reports (FIRs) had been registered by the Faridabad Police and Delhi’s Economic Offences Wing against WTC Builder, Bhutani group, and others in this regard.
