Dhanush is currently shooting for Tere Ishk Mein in Delhi, and leaked videos from the set have taken social media by storm.

Dhanush’s look from Tere Ishk Mein leaks online as he shoots in Delhi. Fans praise his college student avatar at 41.

Actor Dhanush is currently in Delhi, shooting for his upcoming Hindi film Tere Ishk Mein with director Aanand L Rai. Excitement buzzed through the campus of Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) as students captured glimpses of the actor in action. Several pictures and videos have surfaced online, showing Dhanush sprinting through the college, sparking discussions among fans.

Leaked footage shared by students gives a behind-the-scenes look at the film’s shoot. One viral picture shows Dhanush running through a crowd, with extras watching him intently. Fans quickly took to social media, praising the Raanjhanaa star’s ability to play a college student at 41 without the need for digital de-aging.

A widely circulated video, seemingly shot by a student, captured multiple moments from the shoot. It includes clips of Dhanush stepping out of his caravan, getting into character, and gearing up for an intense running sequence as the director calls action. The set design suggests that the scene takes place during college elections, hinting that his character, Shankar Gurrukkal, could be a student leader.

This marks Dhanush’s third collaboration with Aanand L Rai after Raanjhanaa (2013) and Atrangi Re (2021). Addressing similarities between Tere Ishk Mein and Raanjhanaa, Rai clarified in an interview with PTI, “It is from the world of Raanjhanaa, but is it Raanjhanaa 2? No, it is not. When I say the world of Raanjhanaa, I mean the emotional depth that was present in that film.”

He further explained, “Both are tragic love stories with themes of anger and passion. But while they share similarities, they are different narratives.” The film also stars Kriti Sanon as Mukti and is slated for release later this year.

Meanwhile, Dhanush has a packed schedule, simultaneously working on multiple projects. He is shooting for Kubera, a Telugu film directed by Sekhar Kammula, his directorial venture Idly Kadai in Tamil, and an upcoming untitled project with Rajkumar Periyasamy.

With excitement building around Tere Ishk Mein, fans eagerly await Dhanush’s return to intense romance and drama on the big screen.
