The actress has now dropped a ‘get ready with me’ video, revealing the secrets behind her flawless look.
Deepika Padukone shared the video on Instagram and wrote, “Getting ready is always fun!💅” She shared that she uses her products for her skincare and usually keeps her routine simple. However, for the event in Dubai, Deepika underwent LED light therapy and took cryo treatment for her face to achieve her flawless look.
Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone, who also frequently talks about mental well-being, was recently featured in the second episode of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, where she spoke to students about the significance of mental health and well-being. The episode was streamed live on multiple platforms, including the Ministry of Education’s YouTube channel, MyGov India, PM Modi’s channel, and Doordarshan networks.
During the discussion, Deepika opened up about her battle with depression, recalling her journey through different phases of life. She shared, “I transitioned from school to sports, then modelling, and eventually acting. I kept pushing myself until, in 2014, I suddenly fainted. It was only later that I realized I was struggling with depression. The thing about depression is that it’s invisible—you can’t always see it. There might be people around us battling anxiety or depression, yet we may never know because, on the outside, they seem happy and normal.” Reflecting on that difficult period, Deepika revealed that she struggled in silence for a long time while living alone in Mumbai. Her mother first recognised the warning signs and stepped in to help.
On the work front, Deepika was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD. She is currently on maternity leave as she welcomed her first child, daughter Dua, last year. She will soon be seen in the film’s sequel. She also has the Indian remake of The Intern in the pipeline with Amitabh Bachchan.
