Vaccine testing facility

Addressing the valedictory session, Mr.Sridhar Babu spoke of the strides made by Telangana in the pharma space. He appealed to the Union Minister of Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy, who was the chief guest, for the setting up of a vaccine testing centre in Hyderabad. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given this assurance. In the absence of such a facility, every batch of the vaccine made in Telangana had to be sent to Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh for getting the approval.

Mr.Kishan Reddy said Hyderabad has emerged as the pharmacy of the world and it is only appropriate that BioAsia hosting top leaders from the world come here to discuss technology and sustainable practices. He detailed various schemes and measures initiated by the Modi-led government at the Centre towards industrial development, financial inclusion and access to loans for businesses, especially those small.
