Two motorcycles collided at Pothencode in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday night killing a couple and grievously injuring two others. The deceased were identified as Dileep, 40, and his wife Neethu, 30, hailing from Aruvikkara. The accident occurred near Njandoorkonam. Two 22-year-old men who were riding the other motorcycle were rushed to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital with injuries. Both of them are on ventilator support, hospital sources said. They were identified as Sachu and Ambotti, hailing from near Pothencode. Pothencode police have registered a case.
