The Mysuru District Cycling Association and the Department of Youth Empowerment are jointly organising a Chamundi Hill Challenge Cycling Competition at 6 a.m. on February 2.
“The thrilling time trial competition will commence from the back route of Chamundi Hills (Uthanahalli Road) and conclude at Devikere. The high-intensity event will test the endurance and speed of cyclists with individual timing recorded for each participant,” the statement said.
Cycling enthusiasts can participate in the competition, which will have seven different categories – under 14 years (boys and girls), under 18 years (boys), men elite, women, amateur men, masters (40+years) men and women, and veterans (58+years) men and women.
