HYDERABAD
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has appointed Satyavathi Rathod and K.P. Vivekanand Goud as its Whips for the Legislative Council and Assembly, respectively. Party president and Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly K. Chandrasekhar Rao made the appointments. The appointment letters were handed over to the Council Chairman and Assembly Speaker separately by the party legislators.
