Days after Bigg Boss 18 finale, the first runner-up Vivian Dsena and his wife Nouran Aly hosted a star-studded bash which was attended by several current and former contestants of the reality show. Netizens couldn’t help but notice that Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra, as well as Shilpa Shirodkar, Chum Darang and Rajat Dalal were missing. Karan mentioned that he did not receive an invite, post which Nouran also shared why Karan was excluded from the gathering. Now, fellow BB 18 contestant Avinash Mishra has reacted to it.
While speaking with Siddharth Kannan, Avinash Mishra said that he did not understand why Karan Veer Mehra wasn’t invited to the party hosted by Vivian and Nouran. He added that he did not question it because everyone has their personal reasons. However, he added that he did find it a bit weird, and that it would have been great if everyone was invited. “Ye samajh mein nahi aaya ki why he was not invited. Because main bhi jab gaya, humko toh bas invite kiya gaya. Main poochha nahi, ‘guest list kya hai?’ Jab main gaya toh bhabhi (Nouran) se baat hui toh she told me he is not invited. Toh to be honest, mujhe samajh nahi aaya reason. (I didn’t understand why he wasn’t invited. Because when I went, I didn’t ask, ‘What’s the guest list?’ When I went, I spoke to bhabhi, and she told me he wasn’t invited. To be honest, I didn’t understand the reason),” said Avinash.
He further added that everyone has their own personal reasons, and that he chose not to ask about it. Avinash said that it was Vivian and Nouran’s party, so it was their call as to who they want to invite. “But yes, mujhe thoda weird laga tha ki why not him. Sab aate toh bhi achha hi tha. Toh wo cheez mujhe samajh mein nahi aayi. (But yes, I did find it a bit weird, like why not him? It would have been nice if everyone came. So that’s something I didn’t quite get),” concluded Avinash.
Meanwhile, yesterday, when Nouran Aly was asked about why Karan Veer wasn’t invited, she said, “I’m the one who was inviting, it was a surprise party, I will invite the ones who didn’t hurt us, that’s all.”
Nouran invited Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh, Chaahat Pandey, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Munawar Faruqui, Arfeen Khan, Sara Arfeen Khan, Edin Rose and Yamini Malhotra. Karan Veer Mehra and Vivian Dsena have been friends for many years. During Bigg Boss 18, they often argued, leading to a fallout between the two.
