Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh are gearing up for the release of their upcoming film ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’, and have been relentlessly promoting their film. Just today, Bhumi and Arjun landed in Lucknow for the promotions of their film. A video that has now surfaced on social media shows the two actors taking an impromptu chaat break, and enjoying golgappas at a street stall before flying back to Mumbai.
Bhumi Pednekar and Arjun Kapoor are seen interacting with each other as they relished golgappas after a long day of ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ promotions. Bhumi looked stunning in a beige ethnic dress with elaborate golden jewellery, while Arjun donned a black shirt with matching pants. Meanwhile, just yesterday, Rakul Preet Singh and Bhumi shared a hilarious video on Instagram, in which they mimicked two of the most iconic female TV characters- Hansa from Khichdi (played by Supriya Pathak), and Maya Sarabhai from the show ‘Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai’ (played by Ratna Pathak Shah). The makers of Mere Husband Ki Biwi have been keeping the audience hooked with the fun trailer, and the captivating songs from the film. They first dropped the film’s situational comedy song, ‘Gori Hai Kalaiyan’. The song features Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet, who set the dance floor on fire with their infectious thumkas to deliver the ultimate party song of the season, with a blend of comedy. Post this, the makers released the second song ‘Ikk Vaari’ just two days ago.

Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a romantic comedy film which revolves around a modern love story filled with unexpected twists. The plot follows Ankur (played by Arjun), who finds himself in a chaotic dilemma when a rekindled spark with Antara and an unforeseen connection with Prabhleen turn his life upside down.
