Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh and Bhumi Pednekar are set to star in a romantic comedy film Mere Husband Ki Biwi. The promotion has started and actors are in full swing. Today, Arjun and Bhumi Pednekar treated fans by sharing a cheerful selfie as they embarked on their promotional tour in Lucknow for the upcoming film.
Taking to their Instagram stories, Bhumi and Arjun shared a selfie in which both are seen smiling while sitting on the plane. “Muskaraiye aap Lucknow Main Hai #MereHusbandKiBiwi 5 days to go @arjunkapoor @rakulpreet.” Mere Husband Ki Biwi is all set to be released on February 21, 2025. Well, ahead of the release makers have released the second song Ikk Vaari. It is a complete party anthem and will make you groove on the dance floor.

Recently, Rakul and Arjun took on a hilarious Instagram trend, leaving fans in splits. Sharing a lighthearted video on Instagram, Rakul Preet Singh and Arjun Kapoor enacted a trending audio most entertainingly. The clip begins with Rakul casually scrolling through her phone when Arjun enters the frame, setting off a comical exchange. Suspiciously, she asks him, “Kaun hai ye ladki? (Who is this girl?)” Arjun, looking exasperated, replies, “Arrey yaar, kaisi shakki aurat ho tum? Bua ki ladki hai ye. Bachpan mein saath mein khela karte the hum. Chi yaar! (Oh come on, why are you so suspicious? She’s my aunt’s daughter. We used to play together as kids).”
As the title suggests, which translates to My Husband’s Wife, the romantic comedy revolves around a modern love story filled with unexpected twists. The plot follows Ankur (played by Arjun), who finds himself in a chaotic dilemma when a rekindled spark with Antara and an unforeseen connection with Prabhleen turn his life upside down.
Mere Husband Ki Biwi is directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Jackky Bhagnani and Vashu Bhagnani under the banner of Pooja Entertainment, known for producing Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Mission Raniganj, Jawaani Jaaneman and Bell Bottom.
Bhumi Pednekar has two other projects lined up after the release of this rom-com. She will next be seen in the web shows Daldal and The Royals.
