Renowned Indian music composer and singer Anu Malik, along with his wife, Anju Malik, has sold two premium apartments in Khushi Belmondo, a high-end residential project in Mumbai’s Santacruz West, for a total of ₹14.49 crore. The transaction, which was officially registered in February 2025, was revealed through property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.

Located in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after suburban neighborhoods, Santacruz West offers seamless connectivity, being close to major roads, a railway station, and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Its proximity to the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai’s financial hub, further enhances its appeal as a prime real estate destination.

The two same-floor apartments sold by the Maliks in Khushi Belmondo have a combined built-up area of approximately 2,515 sq. ft. (233.64 sq. m.) and come with two dedicated car parking spaces. The deal incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹86.91 lakh along with registration charges of ₹30,000.

Developed by Khushi World Developers, Khushi Belmondo is a ready-to-move-in luxury project known for its modern amenities and prime location. According to Square Yards’ Project Data Intelligence, one transaction worth ₹19 crore was recorded in Khushi Belmondo between January 2024 and December 2024, indicating strong demand for premium properties in the area.
